2. Fill it out completely:
   Include your name, reason for request (campaign, research, etc.), and how you’ll store the data securely.
3. Attach required docs:
   • Valid driver’s license or state ID
   • Supporting documents (e.g., press pass, campaign proof)

1. Include payment:
   $15 per 1,000 records (max $100)
2. Mail everything to:
   Secretary of State, Elections Division
   1500 11th Street, 5th Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814

💽 What You’ll Receive

• A CD-ROM with the data in text format
• Use Microsoft Excel on a desktop or laptop (not mobile) to open, organize, and analyze it
